Lots of activities this past week, and I ate like I didn't care, thus adding a few unneeded pounds to my dairy air. Didn't sleep well Saturday night (woke up at 2:30am and worked on things in house till 6am. Slept for about an hour before time to get up for real.

Wed - Fri -> at conference, didn't watch what I ate really -- did manage to squeeze in 2 shakes, but with all the candy I ate, it didn't make a difference. No exercises. Drove home - exhausted and ate more candy than I'd care to think about on the way home to stay awake (AC on 65 degrees)
Friday night - took mom to ballgame till it rained, then left.

Saturday - breakfast with Mom, ran errands -- got new phone -- allowed myself caffeine from starbucks (pumpkin spice latte) and then lunch/dinner at family reunion. Portions weren't near this place. Home around 10pm

Sunday - left early for photo of teachers, they claimed we were late (we were there by 9:45am, when it was posted to come), homecoming - pastor who married us was there. Good to see them, but no time to visit. Lunch (bbq) and then another errand, then took youth group (middle schoolers) bowling. Home around 10:30pm.

Monday - up before the alarm (5am) and didn't work out. Still exhausted from hectic weekend. Will try to entice hubby to do yoga tonight. He hurt his knees, so we'll see. Trying to encourage walking on our road.....we'll see about that too. Laundry night.

I signed up with Weight Watchers today -- if nothing more than a month or two. I love to eat. I'd eat all the time if it were possible. I gained 12 lbs since last Monday due to eating like a fool.

I have alot of frustrated emotions building up it seems. Anger (house/remodel/contractors/weight/politics) is the primary. And I'm a red head, so there's that temper. Already lashed out at a coworker before I could stop myself. Not sure who I'm becoming, but I sure don't like her. The beast needs to be tamed before I blow my stack!

Start praying and asking the Lord for ALL HIS STRENGTH. You have quite a bit going on. You need to slow down and take care of yourself.
