My first journal entry! I am suffering jetlag after returning from Africa on Tuesday. But keen to sort out my eating before I put on the eight I lost over there. At the moment concentrating on eating lass carbs and eating fresh vegetables and quality protein. Had a nice lamb and chickpea meal last night and have saved some for lunch today to have with a fresh salad. I'm new to this site but very keen to lose a kilo before my youngest son's wedding in three weeks time. Still to find a dress to wear!
