I am excited to have lost 400gms already. Feeling so motivated. I want this to be the time I make long term changes. But one day at a time. Looking forward to the walking every day challenge.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
