Today is my first six (6) week evaluation with my personal trainer. It's difficult to believe that it has been six (6) weeks, already. I know I've lost weight, but I'm excited to see the difference in my measurements and body fat percentage.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 September 2014:
1872 kcal Fat: 58.02g | Prot: 77.38g | Carb: 267.50g.   Breakfast: Yoplait Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Banana, EAS Eas Lean 15. Lunch: Wendy's Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (Half-Size). Dinner: Fresh & Easy Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Olive Garden Garden-fresh Salad with Dressing, Prime Rib. Snacks/Other: General Mills Vanilla Chex, EAS Lean 15 Protein Powder - Vanilla Cream, Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels, Sargento Mozzarella Cheese Stick. more...

Awesome!!!!! Job well done!!!! - Force myself to pushup, leg crunches, arm and leg exercise in kitchen/ did 1/2 hour- nothing to brag about/ but had to start to get in exercise mode somehow
