Third day being active!! Woo. I'm feeling pretty good, not specifically tired or anything which is good. I've restarted a 5K training program so I can "train" my husband to do a 5K with me.

Tomorrow is supposed to be rest day, but I am gonna play volleyball. I need to lighten my spirits up a little bit. I keep feeling a little sad and depressed, but I feel like I need to remind myself that I'm very blessed and I need to appreciate everything I have.

Hope everyone else is having luck doing their thing this week. (:

It must be that time of year, I've seen a lot of people saying they feel down or depressed and I've had my days like that lately too. Maybe it's the seasons changing or something. It's great that your hubby is going to train with you! I didn't think I would enjoy my hubby running with me, but it is like a bonding experience when you exercise together and push each other. Have fun at volleyball!!
