So, to everyone else this looks like weight gain, but I was at 150 the beginning of this week, so I guess it's a loss.

Still kind of sucks though. I have no motivation to track my calories or the food I eat. On the plus side, we're keeping up on the training schedule. Today we have a 2 mile run schedules, and I'm pretty excited. I just wish I burnt a lot more calories with my body so I could eat more. *sigh*.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Its just your scale giving it 2cents worth. I will weigh myself several time just for the hell of it and I will get several different weights. I have finally been able to wear jeans one pair of 16 form fitting and a pair of 18 just a tad baggy. My mom was so happy that I am finally trying to take care of me. Your doing great have a great smile .. Seems like we are just numbers in life.

I've found that changing up exercise helps you burn more. The PX90 and the like are good examples of this. My youngest daughter did this (she's athletic anyway) and built abs she never had before even with years of gymnastics and karate!

Started back on the treadmill yesterday. Did 15 min. Today increased to 23 min. I walk & jog according to the music on mp3 headphones. I find my body then doesn't get used to one set speed and quit working for me when the speed varies anywhere from 2 - 4 and lift is 0 - 3. I want to be fitter for my 70th birthday in 4 weeks. Challenge will be in the bush hunting for 3 of the 4 weeks. Bears, moose in rut, a prairie girl buried in forest, makes for a difficult time trying to do any free time walking. Challenging myself to stay away from husband's snacks and make sure I have lots of water (ugh).
