Today had epic fail around 8pm. Candy binge to the point i stopped putting into my food diary. Thought i could keep the stuff around for the occasional treat but apparently even my will power gives out. Oh well cant let one bad sunday night kill my lifestyle change. Tomorrow is a new day!

Oh wow---that was quite a binge. I hope tomorrow you can work extra hard to even it out. Don't get too hard on yourself, it's done now you can just move on. Post on the forum if you need some extra support. We are all here for each other. It's ok. ; )
