I am weighing in one day late, was away all last week and mostly on the road eating in restaurants so did not lose any weight this past week...which I figured I would not so there is no disappointment for me...This week I will get back on track and hope next weigh in will show results...we all learn that restaurant eating is a danger....lots of salt and high carbs..LOL

At least you didn't gain, that's an accomplishment! :-) Almost every food in a restaurant is full with salt or sugar. Even their salads are made with some calorie bombs like mayonnaise. It makes everything delicious but it's really bad for our weight. I prefer home cooked meals, at least I know what's in them.
