Beautiful blue skies today. We took advantage of the cool clean air and went for a long morning hike. It was such a great work out! I hope the smoke continues to blow out of the valley, so I can return to my mountain hikes! There was a time when I would only work out on my treadmill indoors, but now I have found walking or hiking in the mountains so much more beneficial, especially for the soul. It's a time to sort out the day, plan things, de- stress and just take in the beauty that surrounds you. I hope everyone has an opportunity to get out of the house today and go for a walk, even if it's a short one! cya!
