The weather just went fridged... my foot is still in a walking boot (broken foot) :( I had hoped to get back to bike riding and my normal life but that seems to be forever looming as an elusive goal... never to be reached.

I think that may be the problem in general... to say that "X" is my goal and once I get it I'll be happier, healthier, nicer.... weight will never stop being a challenge. Even if I loose all the weight I want to, I'll have to work to keep it off. Yoyo-ing your weight is HORRIBLE on your internal organs and on your epigenetic controls.

*sigh*

Why can't their be a magical pill that fixes everything?
234.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
