This gain is so unfair i've had the best week of eating in ages and my calorie average is lower than it has been in months! It can't be a muscle gain either because the only exercise i've been doing is walking.:-(
123.7 lb Lost so far: 43.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks I might do daily weigh ins for a week to keep me on track and accountable daily.
