So after a needed hiatus, I am back. I haven't been around for the last few days because truthfully, my head was not in the right place. I didn't feel well and top it off, I fell back into the old habit of just...being lazy. While I am ashamed of that, I know that I cannot be too hard on myself because that is counter productive. It's time to just pick myself up and brush off my jeans and get going again. Breaking bad habits are so hard yet so crucial on this path...I mean, these are habits I have had with me for well over a decade so yes, it is going to be hard to break. One step at a time, I keep telling myself. As long as I keep doing my best and pushing myself to my limit I am confident that I can break them.
It's like I was talking to a friend and should honestly heed my own advice. Sometimes, when you try to make too many changes at once, you set yourself up for failure...so I need to go back to one step at a time.
Daily Summary *Oil Pulling: My coconut oil is not just pure oil now lol! I suppose that means the weather is starting to cool down. I won't complain because I like the colder weather as opposed to the heat.
*P90X3: Total Synergistics was surprisingly not as hard as it had been for me. This is a good sign for me that I am building up more strength. I am hopeful that I can achieve my goals of losing this excess weight by next summer. :)
