Well ll lowered the prednisone yesterday to just 10 mg a day and am starting to take weight off plus started TOM for the fourth time this month last night
257.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so glad you can decrease that dosage, so perhaps the cravings will decrease as well. That's a pretty vicious cycle with Pred. creating cravings, then if you satisfy the cravings, it creates more cravings, and then the next dose of Pred. adds even more cravings, etc. Hope your next doctor's visit is a favorable one.
