OMG Squiggly, I have never had the range of emotions, of crying looking at the photos and laughing at the song, don't touch anything if it is brown. I hope the England Prince visit has put you all back in the media spotlight to help gather aid money for additional clean up and rebuild. My gosh. It is like Japan, only you all didn't get the wall of water. You help me see my life in a new perspective. I have a roof over my head, food in the pantry, and running water. Somehow for a while weight loss shouldn't be so obsessed over sometimes when there are so many larger issues, like survival. My thoughts to you and best wishes your towns and homes get cleaned up and things normalize some for you and your family. Melissa  

Thanks Melisssa. Yup it is very much like Japan. In fact watching the Japan earthquake live on tv was very very traumatising. I agree it makes you appreciate what you have, especially family and friends. Thanks for your kind words and for commenting on here. Have an awesome day!

Squiggs, oh, how sorry this makes me feel for your wonderful country. As for posting this instead of something happy, don't you worry aobut it a bit, this is your journal...and it is your reality.
