I have lost a total of 5 pounds since I started p90x3. I measured myself last week and I took off about a quarter of an inch around my waist and a half an inch around my hips and arms. My thighs are rubbing together less and I still have hope that I will see some definition in my arms. I can clearly see a one pack for stomach muscles SO....why am I not satisfied, I don't know. I'm also stronger, I really hang in there now with these exercises. I am constantly setting new goals for myself but it seems like I never really reach them. My new mini goal is to get to 170. I need to lose 4 lbs in order to hit that goal, but I am not sure if I will be able to do that by the end of p90x. Swimming starts again on Wednesday (the YMCA was closed last week) and I'm going to try and go to find out about taking tap dancing tonight. I've already decided that I may have to do two rounds of p90x in order to try and get the results I would like but then again, maybe I need to change what I want my results to be. After all, watching the informmericals about this product, no one is ever as big as I am, they usually have very little weight to lose so perhaps I need to adjust my standards.
