Been stuck for two weeks now at same weight. Food has been good except for Sunday when I ate on of my daughter's homemade brownies with icing! Actually one and a half. Well, that really set me up and I craved sugar yesterday like crazy! But, Jesus really helped me and I think the worst is over. Made a great low carb cheesecake to go with dinner and it was very satisfying. I will weigh on Thursday- my regular weigh-in day. We shall see....

Diet Calendar Entry for 02 September 2014:

Yikes. But glad to see you're back on track. Sugar is like crack for me - I just have to abstain.

Exactly! Why is it so hard to get through my head that a little sugar is like a little pee in the pool?? Poison! Yesterday was much better, no cravings, and none today so far. Weigh in tomorrow. We shall see...
