Wow - the wife says I should not be weighing my self every day and I would not be seeing these swings latley. I have been weighing myself since Jan 1 daily and up until I hit 230 I was loosing each day. 230 seems to be a tough spot - but I will continue to monitor. I feel Great and people are all starting to notice and that feels good too.
