took a nice brisk 30 min walk. trying to do that once a day. i feel skinnier. lol

You're off to a great start. Walking is my own primary form of designated exercise. I started at barely making it through 1.5 miles and have improved time and distance since then. Keep up the good work!

Yes walking is a great way to lose weight :) Keepmoving and the pounds will drop off:)
