No magic bullet, burn more calories than you eat. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables that are naturally rich with live enzymes, eat only meats that are free of hormones and antibiotics, drink plenty of pure water and get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. You have to exercise, walk, swim, bike, dance, run do something to get moving. And to think people write entire books on what it takes to lose weight... Happy long weekend to everyone!
141.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
