my BMI is down 1 point and my waist down 6 inches --my weight is 10 pounds lighter and many things , health wise are changing for the better. 4 lbs to my first set goal. I am able to walk without being short of breath. I can see all that with 10 lbs gone, can not even imagine what it will be like as I lose more. all around a good day today.
