Monday and I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was okay thank you for asking, to quite a bit to get motivated to exercise today but I did finally, went for a great hike through Red Rock Canyon with my daughter yesterday very nice for a 5 mile hike.

Lucky you. Nothing nearly as pretty here for walking.... But I am planning to get my 5 in today for sure. Probably go this morning because it is going to get hot again today I imagine and it got surnburned yesterday so extra heat would not be welcomed

Poor thing you know Sunscreen does help that sun will fool you.

I did try to use sunscreen but it is not easy to get on your back by yourself. I was trying to not burn but.... that is what having fair skin will get you.

I will. Just so you know - you are not the only one with motivational issues today or whatever that is. I cant seem to get moving correctly myself :(
