Tomorrow I sign up for the 6 week challenge, so I will be doing an early weigh-in this week and posting some photos.

All of my buddies who get my journal entries on their feed can expect daily journals of my workouts and progress.

Setting up my diet plan, and its both exciting and kindof a bummer looking at all of the foods that I will be giving up. I eat healthy anyways, but you have to cut the intake somewhere, and I'll be ditching all dairy (except for whipping cream in my protein shakes (carb free fat source) and all added carbs except for immediately post-workout.

Every lifting day will begin with a 15 minute cardio warm-up and be followed by a heavy/high volume lifting session (more on that to come) and every off day will have some form of HIIT cardio for 20-30 minutes.

The goal will be 169 lbs or lower in 6 weeks, which is obtainable. I weigh 182 lbs now but within the first 7 days I will likely drop 4-5 lbs. due to glycogen depletion.

2300ish cals will be the starting point up for re-evaluation after the first 2 weeks.
