lol Stef, you take all my fun away!! but nag nag nag some more! Glad you are finally sleeping better and hopefully you get everything fixed up sooner rather tan later! Also, I have always had a hard time parking in car park buildings because I watch too many horror movies but I totally understand the waiting part.

Hi girl, there is always something that you wouldn't have thought about
before the quake. Be careful in those stores. Now get your butt in gear
and start that weight training. Love ya....Bren

Come on already! You know the 1st step is the hardest one and the rest only get easier. You can always make shopping an exercise. Park as far away as you can then run quickly towards the door but don't go in. Standing outside pace back and forth for approximately 5 minutes just so you can slow your breathing and relax from the run to the store. Once you are calm again - run as fast as you can up and down the isles with only a hand basket (no carts allowed). Check out and repeat going the opposite direction. The only difference is that you MUST hold your bad over your head. This one will help with the batwings. Love ya!

Thanks Stef and Pixi for the nagging! LOL I will make a concerted effort to do those weights this morning! After I have put out the clothes onto the line...

Yup that is true Bren, but I always hated big concrete parking buildings, even the open air side ones. Too much concrete weight for flimsy little cars lol. I guess I was right to be paranoid LOL

Rofl Pixi - yeah we could become ummm rich?

oh yeah, and everyone would think you were totally amazing and smart because you made this great work out for people who hate working out.. lol AND everyone would look like a dork so you wouldnt have to worry! its a win win for everyone really... Exploding toilets... oh dear god I would die if my toilet exploded - truth be told I always worry that public toilets are going to break when I am using them...

Too funny. I had to use a public toilet yesterday that made thee most horrid noise and I actually looked at it then suddenly thought, oh no, watch it explode and I have to come out all soaking wet - yuck!

LMAO.. i have many unfounded fears.. public toilets exploding or falling off walls/apart when I use them is only one.. its the one that is possibly the most rediculous. I think it is because most public toilets make horrifying noises which creep me out lol

ROFL! There is actually a true risk of exploding toilets in our city.

Posted it in a new journal page so the link would work. Yeah we had to go in the garden for a while, before we got our water on. 25% of the city still can't use their toilets. I am glad to be in the majority I can tell you! A lot of family can't though.
yeah I still go fast just in case LOL

ROFL Pixi I am glad I am not the only paranoid one :p I too have lots of unfounded fears. I have a torch on my keyring in case I am in a public toilet without windows and the lights go off - I would be so disorientated if I had to try to find my way out in the dark LOL

I grew up in California and was quite used to quakes but I always feared one while I was on that commode.

So far my quake toilet experiences haven't been too bad - but I know people that were in the loo for some of the big ones and they didn't enjoy the experience LOL

My first quake experience (about a 7.5 mag) when I lived in Cali I was on the 14th floor of an office building, on the commode. It took me awhile to figure out why the water was sloshing around in the bowl!!
