Finally, after a several day long plateau, some progress; not much but in the right direction. Hitting the gym today as well too.
262.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

FYI - guys get MORE daily lean protein on FF than us female types. Are you eating at least 12 oz (cooked weight!) lean protein plus 2 eggs plus 20g whey protein per day?
