Ok, back to business. The plan this week was to simply monitor what I am eating. Result, well, down a few but I'd like to be down about 3 more pounds by week's end. We'll see. Short term goal, 15-20 more pounds before vacation in mid May. Hitting the gym and water will be key.

Well, not doing so good. Got wrapped up in life and slipped on my plan but Donna and I have some personal goals in mind so here we go again.
