Haven't been around in a very long time, going to attempt to get back on track. Had a very rough end to last year losing my grandmother right before the holidays, only 8 months after losing my grandfather. Along with going back and forth to the doctor for my own issues. I have since stopped any and all medication I was taking, including my bc, and that added some weight back on. I decided that its time to start taking care of myself first. It's going to be rough getting back into the swing of things, but I will push through.
