Got a new watch to track calorie burning. Did an hour of weightlifting (P90X: chest, shoulders, triceps) and it calculated that I burned 26 calories.....epic fail

163.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

LOL...you have the strap around the chest version right? You have to pre-wet the contact area and make sure the strap is up high..like a Bro Bra I hate to say. Make sure then your HR is never zero..as it sounds like your problem. If the HR stays zero or switches to zero, then try another model. That or you are just not bringing it! :)
