We just had a huge aftershock - and close to us! It was really scary! I am still shaking and don't know how I will sleep tonight, not to mention the aftershocks that come after big aftershocks...

oh no im so sorry sending lots of positive thoughts your way. A close friend of mine just left japan too as it was to scary/dangerous to be there at this time... hope it all settles soon so u all can get back to normal

Wow, Squiggs, ... I'm so sorry you are going through this. Yes, It must be scary. Any one of us would be right where you are..emotionally.. if we were living this out. I am praying for you..peace, safety, comfort .. and all my love, friend!!! Try to rest. Easier said than done, but at least try... maybe some deep breathing would help! Much Love.

Thanks Alisha, yeah nuclear stuff would scare me a lot too. Possibly even more than earthquakes...

Hmm I just input my food for yesterday (the amount about normal for me lately) and it is only just over 1000 calories. I guess I need to work harder at eating more - I used to overeat with stress, now it is the opposite lol.
