Well after a weekend binge with a friend who was leaving for China (possibly for forever) I'm a bit heavier. Workouts haven't suffered at all, I assume I will drop the 2 lb gain by the end of the week.

My running phase is ending which means I move into jump roping for awhile. I find this rather good because life has exploded on me and the 1 on/1 off pattern will help me keep things steady. I'm sure others can relate. Hopefully I won't have to jump for too long, some friends are looking to see me get back into the lifting phase.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
