Went out for 1,100 calories of Indian food today. A friend of mine who grew up in an Indian household gave me a lesson in Indian food. It was my first time trying any of these dishes and at the moment, I would say that it was worth it to blow the diet for the day. I may feel differently when I step onto the scale, but every so often I think a break from the diet is OK.

I love indian food! My husband is from bangladesh and I LOVE CURRY!!! just be sure to watch all the rice... much more caloric than i expected it to be...
