Doing good this week. I actually fought off the urge to go get a cheeseburger or three or four last night. I had some corn chips at my bible study which put me over my calories. That can be such a trigger for me. I get in the mind set of well I went over I might as well do it up right. I resisted that last night and I am now 5 days clean from fast food.
