Don't know whats up today I feel so sick this time it's dizziness and nausea with bad shakes from the in side. Still sticking to my new way of eating sick or not.

Feel better!! Sometimes when I alter my amount of calories I get a bit shaky too...hopefully it evens out soon for you! But get checked out if it doesn't!!
