I am leaving this coming week to see my kids and that is really going to mess with my head. I plan on having alcohol. Which is something I do not allow myself when I am home. So i decided to indulge on two different days, and then be good on the other days. I don't want to come home and be in regret of over indulging or reversing all my hard work. I do plan on enjoying my visit with them- I leave August 1st. Coming back the 22nd.

Draglist, I 'plan' is to be a good girl most of the days and have a few notty days. I'm nervous, but excited. Looking forward to seeing my beautiful kids and spending time with them!

That's how I do these 'breaks' from my routine. I'm 100 percent back from my early July vacation where I did exactly that -- did pretty well day to day but had a few blowout days... Have fun with your kids!
