I am down another 5.4 this week. Yay!! I have to try and do it again this week. I have been doing this super intensity aquafit class at the gym, and let me tell you, she is totally kicking my butt!! I love it!! I actually look forward to going!! So, this week I will keep track of everything I put in my body, and work out hard for 60 minutes every day. I know this works, and I will continue until I cant. Luck has nothing to do with it. I believe now, what ever comes after the two words "I am", really does!! I hope everyone reading this makes today count!!!
