Getting back on track today (minus the veggie chili w/ meat substitute). TOM threw my hormones into a tizzy as it always does. I started binging on my diet food because I couldn't get satisfied. Before all of this kicked in I bought some sugar-free Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate morsels for my MIM (net carb-free as well). After the first chocolate chip MIM I started snacking on the chocolate morsels almost uncontrollably.
I get super sex-crazed twice a month. It is a literal hunger! And because I don't satisfy that hunger, my real hunger never gets satisfied either (hence the binge eating).
So, this week is going to be a super workout week to cleanse myself and start over yet again until next time.
