Oh yeah! MIM and gym = powerful combo. Seriously! Funny thing...kinda gross...,but my Zumba instructor loves to make us do booty shaking moves. Well because of the time of day and how much fiber MIMs give you, by the third song I'm having to clench my butt cheeks to keep from tooting on the back row dancers (or worse). Bwah ha ha ha
I feel...good today. Again feels like there is less of me although the scale still says I'm still right here. Last week was a weight lifting week, definitely. This week is going to be more cardio if I can get it in around showing my house to potential roommates.
Ooh! I have been having difficulties drinking water since this last TOM. Wondering if its related. Its like I couldn't be any less thirsty.
