I gave into some much needed indulgence today and I feel much better! I'm not going to record my food because it would be too scary, but I will tell you I am going for a nice long run and the rest of this week will be completely on plan.
I can't explain how good I feel now, but I know not to reform that unhealthy connection between emotion and sugar.
