Back on track again (2 lbs. a week) after one of my mysterious weight 'burps'. :-)

I'm still pretty sure that by the time I reach between 210 and 200 pounds that I'll need to start increasing my activity level to maintain this same loss rate.

Congrats on the color change!!! Keep 'em coming!! Indeed you may have to up your activity at some point. The good thing is with each lb you lose you'll gain energy and it will be easier and easier to move!! Your progress is awesome ... steady ... consistent ... keep up the great work!!

Hey Congrats. I still have a feeling that you and I are going to "steady as she goes it" the whole way to the 170's. It may take us another year or so but my plan is to just keep taking it off slowly. Not sure about you but I am finding this loss much easier as far as "hunger" goes. I seem to be eating the right amount, not too much or too little. That's a new thing for me and feels really good. Here's to the green arrows and gold bars... Best

Thank you all for your wonderful comments .. and I agree with you, Jim, we're both 'riding the slow horse' to our goals .. :-) But, like I've always said, it took a very long time to put this weight on, with micro-adjustments to diet the whole way .. it's going to take the same amount of slow adjustments to get me back. I, too, am not really having much trouble with hunger, at this point, which is good. I just remind myself to always make sure that I eat at regular intervals. If I go for too long without eating, I risk the chance that I'm going to feel 'starved', and eat too much. I find that if I start feeling a little hungry later in the day, I drink about 16 ozs. of water, and that tides me over. ~Kaleb
