I bought a bike. I have not rode a bicycle for several decades. Went for a 4.5 mile h*I*l*l*y ride. Had an ice cream cone for my dinner. Fun Sunday!

I LOVE to bike. Let's do it! It is hard to be patient, but we will get there. I don't think I should expect more than a pound or two a week or I just set myself up for disappointment. Having said that, I would take 3 or 4. I just want to discipline myself to a healthy routine and then stick with it.
