Yes, I am new to the site. I like the vibe in the community and lots of things about the interface, but the food database is fairly small, so I am not sure if I want to switch from My Fitness Pal for logging. I haven't use MFP for very long either, so I don't have any real loyalty there, but the Db is something to consider.

you will find a lot of support here, especially if you journal. i find the database to be pretty good, and i like being able to scan any new stuff. do you use your phone? i use my phone for the database and the website for support.

I decided to just jump in with the Db--and yes, I use my phone. After a few weeks, I should have most of the stuff I usually eat in there. There seem to be fewer listings in metric than in MFP, but that could be my imagination, LOL.
