I did MUCH better this weekend about saying, "NO!" to the snacks! Went swimming with the kids for 90 minutes plus we walked to/from the pool in our neighborhood to go swimming. We will be doing that every Saturday morning for the rest of the summer for lessons. Been pretty strict about riding the "under-the-desk-bike" at work for at least 60-minutes/day Mon-Fri. It's all starting to add up & work!! YEAH!!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
