Just a quick check in,

Good morning everyone!! Just wanted to let you all know that simply being on here for an hour this morning reading your journals and the challenge forums is a really big pick up for me, you are so soooo motivating.

I have had a stressful weekend but nothing I can't handle. Nothing really new or exciting to report. Still studying for my first exam Tuesday, going to ace it for sure :) Didn't get many miles in over the weekend, a few on Friday and another on Saturday during my daughters parade. I know I need to do better than that if I want to pass the challenge... and I cant fail at my own damn challenge!! lol Kicking it into overdrive.

Thanks for sharing your lives with me :)

It's nice how that works. Somedays I am just lacking motivation and coming on here gives it to me. Sorry your weekend was stressful, but I'm glad it's not anything too terrible. You'll do great on that test. As for your challenge, well, that's a tough one. Starting your own challenge is a challenge in itself, lol!

You're going to do awesome on your exam! Your challenge is a great motivator for me. Even though my miles are suffering, I always have that challenge on my mind and it's making me want to push through the slump I'm in to do better. So Thank You for creating it!

Keep going you are doing great. Try dancing to your favorite tunes while doing household chores not many calories burned but you will get pumped up and you can sneak some squats, arm curls and arm rotations in while you dance. I have been caught at work with my CD player on and doing this while fling. (Just smiles from my co-workers and they say "You're having to much fun filing". My comment "you file your way and I will file may way". Keep up the great work you are my inspiration.
