Back on track after my foot surgery 7 weeks ago.....not getting as much exercise in yet. I've just started walking again but can't quite walk as far as I did before....I'll get there though!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

That's wonderful. Also check out "Walk Away the Pounds" workout dvds on amazon.com or collagevideo.com if you want to add in a little strength training and use different muscles. They make you sweat but you can adjust it to your needs (like gently walk in place till you get stronger). Good luck!
