Haven't added anything here for a long time. My life got totally off track for awhile. Blood sugar is still high but bringing it back down slowly. So this has been my yo-yo struggle on my life. I really want to do good but always seem to go back to old habits. Dr told me to learn my triggers and avoid those things. Food is my trigger. I feel so much better when I do good and eat healthy and exercise, so why is I keep going back to the yucky stuff??? I have lost 19lbs since last doc visit though, I was up to 222.
