Cluck in with your '[b]EGGSpert[/b]' opinion
I have heard that eggs are a nutritional superfood, and to include them as part of my diet on a regular basis. I eat 2-3 eggs per week either boiled or poached rather than fried. I have them with reduced sodium turkey bacon, and a slice of homemade whole grain toast. Recent studies have shown that eggs aren't nearly as bad for us as they once thought. It's all about moderation and balance of what we consume overall!
