Trying to group all foundation vegetables in chart to better follow 12-15, went up to 30 carbs today a few more than i should have, but this is my last TOM next week surgery i will keep trying, ten lbs lighter than late Jan weigh in at Dr.'s office, on the right path. slow and steady
