A week of clean living... I can tell the difference. No exercise scheduled today as I have to conserve energy for a long run tomorrow. Plus I need to ensure I eat at the top of my allowed calories. If it thunderstorms and I therefore postpone the run, it could really mess me up.

I used to love to run in the rain, I have no idea why but I did. Hopefully it won't rain for your run tomorrow. Clean living yes that is good but sometimes life and a cocktail try to get in the way of our clean living :) have a great Friday
