I can't wait for fat secret to say: 5 kg to go....that will be the day I cry

Well after you reach your goal you should still stay with us since you don't want to gain all the weight back. When the day comes just let fat secret calculate how much calories you can eat when maintaining and stick with it. That's what I'm going to do. I can't count how many times I got thin and then gained it all back.

the last I weighed 60 kg was when I was in grade 9! The thing is I am taking things very slow....I expect the '5 kg to go' statement to only come end of October...I am surprisingly patient...I don't want a quick fix...I have really embraced this new lifestyle and most of the time my relationship with food is healthy...wow I never thought I would ever say such a thing eek...but yes I will stay on esp. when I eat somnething new to find out the calories...much love Fati

Jzk! I really want to keep this up, you know it's not everyday when the light bulb will go on but I am so so very grateful that it has...I know all too well the strugle I have had with food since my late adolasence but I always felt that I was doing nothing wrong, that it was fine eating a big pack of crisp, that there was nothing wrong with my portion sizes - I would always become defensive but shukr I am in a better space. Education is power and I always have to keep myself up to date - when you know better you do better...I was always afraid to share my weight loss in the past coz I knew, deep down that I wasn't committed and that people will laugh at me when I eventually fail...but now that this is a big, important part of my life, I want to share it with everyone! I hope I inspire as much as you all inspire me...enjoy your Friday!

i was the same ever since i started my medication at the age of 13, id turn to food without even realizing it now thankfully ive come to realize that my meds alone wont help me, i need to be healthy as well i am in my weight range that im supposed to be but my bmi indicated im over weight due to lack of fitness, i hope to be in the orange soon just like you and work my way up from there, being healthy is my main concern....weight loss is just a bonus to that lol......enjoy ur friday too and the weekend ahead, Jumua Mubarak to you and ur family :)

You very strong and it is not an easy decision to make correct food choices esp. when you feel bumbed out...but just keep moving forward even if you slip up it's natural...your health is your no.1 motivation and I am sure it will keep you on track...all the best!
