I WAS starting to head downward with my weight but that went all to HELL during our 2-week family vacation to Disneyland! & I haven't seemed to be able to get it back under control since (3 weeks now). I've started using an under-the-desk cycle while at work & riding (SLOWLY but with resistence) for about an hour a day total (usually in about 15 minute increments to not get all sweaty at work in an office setting).
Starting parent/tot swimming lessons this Saturday. Hope that helps.
Going camping for 3 days w/ family. Hope to get some hiking in & to keep the camping snacking to a minimum! I've NEVER stayed this heavy for this long in my LIFE. I guess it's TRUE about gaining / keeping the weight after having kids. :(
