Why the heck did I weigh in today ......O ya Dr. app. lost another 1.2 pounds. This is my 2nd week, day 12 and I guess I'm just a little depressed . I lost 10 pounds the 1st week and so far only 1 pound this week. I think I'm pushing myself to hard to be perfect and I'm screwing up in the process.My fat is always 60 to 65% like it calls for but I think this week I ate to much fat of the wrong kind and to much protein.
O well I'm plugging away a pound at a time and I have God in my corner so I can't lose!!!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 March 2011:

I'd be thrilled if I lost 10 pounds. I've only lost 6 pounds in five weeks, most of which was in the first 5 days.

I think if we lose more slowing, there is a better chance of keeping it off. :)And Yes we have God For the best support. Where did you find the ratios. ie Fat,Net carbs,and Protien.Are they 60% fat,30% Protien and 10% carbs? I keep reading and haven't found them it.

The first week was mostly water loss. It was also a huge drop and your body needs time to adjust to the loss. Keep your weight loss expectations realistic, so you don't get disappointed. Save that for the gains. Every loss brings you closer to goal. Great job!

I'm sorry if I brought anyone down with my complaints...after a stroke and 4 surgeries I'm just a little down...Sorry!!!
